Transactional Associate at Fox Rothschild in Montgomery, PA
Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Montgomery County (Blue Bell) office for a Transactional Associate. This position will reside in the Firm's Blue Bell, PA office, though the position will include remote working opportunities. The position affords the opportunity to work with clients of all types and sizes as outside general counsel and transaction counsel, located primarily in Southeastern Pennsylvania, on matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and private placements, real estate and financing transactions, and general commercial matters. In all cases, this position will afford the opportunity interface directly with key decision makers. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of corporate or transactional experience. A strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Equal Opportunity Employer - vets, disability.
